Honoring National Voter Registration Month: Editor's Note from Brownieland's Robyn Kranz on Supporting Voter Engagement

At Brownieland, we are passionate about working with nonprofits to make an impact, and this National Voter Registration Month is no different. We’ve been teaming up with Vote Forward to write letters to voters, encouraging them to get registered and use their voice. Nonprofits play a vital role in this process, helping ensure that communities, especially those often overlooked, have the resources they need to participate. By supporting voter registration efforts, we believe in creating positive change—not just in elections, but in the everyday causes that matter most to the people we serve.

Robyn Kranz, Co-Owner and Producer of Brownieland Pictures, shares an Editor’s Note this month in honor of National Voter Registration Month.

Vote!

The general election season is upon us. And that means only one thing. Vote. If you’re not registered, get registered now. Go to https://mvp.sos.ga.gov. The deadline in Georgia for your registration to be postmarked by October 7th.

If you are registered, check your registration and confirm your precinct. You can check it on the same page: https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/ and check out early voting options.

Want to help the cause? Write letters through voteforward.org. This nonprofit helps identify voters and encourages them to get to the polls.

Want to do even more? Find local organizations that help people to register to vote or give them a ride to the polls.

Think your vote doesn’t matter? Check this out: https://yourvotematters.org/does-your-vote-make-a-difference/

The bottom line?

Vote.

Vote.

Vote.”

“Someone struggled for your right to vote. Use it.”
