2017 Atlanta Walk to Defeat ALS (VIDEO)

On Saturday, the Brownieland Team participated in the 2017 Atlanta Walk to Defeat ALS to bring hope to people living with ALS, to raise money for a cure, and to come together for something we care about. Seeing the massive crowd gathered together to support The ALS Association’s mission to serve, advocate for and empower people affected by ALS was incredibly moving.

We at Brownieland Pictures are honored to share stories about the remarkable people who are affected by ALS, like this video we produced in partnership with the ALS Association Georgia Chapter honoring the 2016 Heroes Among Us Award recipient: Becky Kidd. We hope her story inspires you to support this worthy cause.

Established in 1985, The ALS Association is the only national non-profit organization fighting Lou Gehrig’s Disease on every front.  By leading the way in global research, providing assistance for people with ALS through a nationwide network of chapters, coordinating multidisciplinary care through certified clinical care centers, and fostering government partnerships, The Association builds hope and enhances quality of life while aggressively searching for new treatments and a cure.
