Last year, Brownieland’s Robyn Kranz volunteered as a coach with Girls On The Run, an Atlanta nonprofit dedicated to helping young women fulfill their potential by decreasing the percentage of at-risk activities and empowering a generation of self-aware girls who are tomorrow’s role models for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Robyn was so inspired by her volunteer experience that she is returning for another season as a volunteer coach with GOTR Atlanta.
“The season is starting up this week for Girls on the Run in Atlanta. I have the privilege of coaching another team this season and I am so excited. I think some girls are returning and we have some fresh faces. Again, I cannot say enough about the power of the organization. The idea of empowering girls to have a positive body image, to grow strong, and to learn how to be a member of a team is so important. I can’t wait to meet all of my girls and learn about their Star Power (what makes them unique) and help them become the best they can be.”
At the heart of Girls on the Run are amazing volunteers whose commitment and passion impact the lives of thousands of girls each year. Girls On The Run Atlanta offers volunteer opportunities to coach a team, to assist with their annual 5K, to volunteer as a group, and to give a donation that will support the GOTR scholarship fund allowing more girls to participate in this transformational program.
